4. 72-hour re-clean guarantee. If you flag any cleaning-related issues within 72 hours of the clean, we’ll return and address them at no extra cost. No arguments, no delays. We come back and fix it.

5. Same-week availability. We prioritise agency referrals. In most cases, we can schedule within 2–3 business days. Same-day and next-day may be available depending on our schedule.
