• Additional Time: $90 per 30 minutes ($180/hour pay-as-you-go)
• Stairs Fee: $40 for any move involving stair access (e.g., 2-storey homes)
• Travel Surcharge: $150 for moves starting or ending more than 10 km outside Melbourne CBD
• Best for: Studio apartments, small moves, partial relocations

Flat Rate House Moving

• Price: $1350 (up to 7 hours included)
• Beyond 7 hours: $180 per additional hour (pay-as-you-go)
• Stairs Fee: $40 for stair access (2-storey homes, etc.)
• Travel Surcharge: $150 if location is outside a 10 km radius from Melbourne CBD

• Best for: Pianos, safes, large appliances, or single bulky items NOT suitable for Grand piano
• Note: May require custom quote based on access or item type

• Base Rate: $240 (minimum 2 hours)
• Additional Time: $95 per extra hour (billed in 30-minute increments)
• Carpet Steam Cleaning: +$90 (optional add-on)
• Travel Surcharge: $150 if property is more than 10 km outside Melbourne CBD
• Guarantee: If your property manager isn’t satisfied, we’ll return free of charge
